Toulouse Events

Toulouse Beach is the biggest event of the Pink City during the summer spread over two long months, July and August. Sports, Concerts, Games, Discovery, History are among the recurring themes each year.

Piano aux Jacobins Festival presents piano recitals in September by some of the world’s best pianists in the cloisters of the ancient Church of The Jacobins. Far more atmospheric than any concert hall, this is a must for piano music lovers.

Printemps de Septembre an annual art festival held in September- October has exhibitions based all around the city, with special lighting adorning the streets and special Soirées Nomades (Nomadic Nights) too. The main exhibitions take place in all of the city’s prestigious sites, including the Musée des Abattoirs, the Galerie du Château-D’eau, the Musée de la Médecine and the Goethe Institut.

Toulouse les Orgues International Festival an October held annual festival celebrates the organ and its music, both old and new. With concerts played at least twice a day – there are more than 60 events in all.

Festival Occitània sees more than 300 artists’ present 50 different cultural events throughout autumn in September/October. The featured arts include poetry, cinema, dance, theatre, painting, photography, comedy, debates and, last but not least, music.

Toulouse Antiques Fair held every November; 300 dealers descend upon the lovely southern city of Toulouse and its Parc des Expositions for one of the top antiques fairs in France, the display arranged in three halls – Prestige, Antiques and Arts and Crafts.

Toulouse d’Été Music Festival held July- August each summer featuring international names alongside local talent at venues throughout the city including Halle aux Grains, St Etienne Cathedral, Basilique St-Sernin and Place Arnaud Bernard.
